If I enable this blocklist(and frankly all others except a few bad apples), then this is the only blocklist that will block the above whitelist-requested domain (ie. bigota.d.miui.com) which is necessary for Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro mobile phone in order for it to download the System update (that is: Settings->About phone->MIUI Version->Update) ie. MIUI 13.0.4.0.SJUEUXM Stable 454 MB.

So, to workaround this: I've had to add bigota.d.miui.com to whitelist(in NextDns, the Allowlist tab), wait 5 minutes (300 seconds) for the old DNS (of 0.0.0.0) for that host to expire in my phone's DNS cache or what not, then try again and this time it worked(downloaded the update).

Note that I didn't have to also whitelist enbigota.d.miui.com, it worked with it on blacklist just fine, for me.

Note: ota = over the air
