How do install packs? When I type ep -p Ultimate it says no such file is found or something.

Just a reminder that this project is unmaintained, i'd recommend moving to hagezi's blocklists instead which is a great alternative, and doesn't seem to have false positives, even on the ultimate list.
You can use nextdns to use the blocklists across devices
