Waterwheel should be bigger

This is just my personal opinion, but I think the waterwheel should be larger, similar to waterwheels from other mods like Better With Mods, Create, etc. Maybe make it a similar size to the windmill, or scale both up?

This is a good point, and one I thought about when I was first adding the waterwheel (and the windmill, too). I had wanted to make them bigger, but I was grappling with the fact that almost everything in vanilla Minecraft is a single block.

I think scaling both up is a good idea in principle, but maybe as a separate tier -- the small versions stay, while the bigger ones are an upgrade that generate more power.

I'll try to collect more feedback on this and get back to it later.
