The license for this repository is MIT.
Is the pre-trained model also MIT license?

The license of LIP-dataset which is the training dataset of the model is not available for commercial use. Is it legitimate that the pre-trained model using that dataset is MIT?

Good question. I think your concern is right. You can train the code on your own datasets to get a model for commercial use.
