• Update http://blogofile.readthedocs.org/en/latest/file_overview.html#an-example re: new init command and directory structure from blogofile_blog
• Restore missing build process flowchart and update it for 0.8
• Add descriptions of site.slug_unicode and site.slugify config options
• Can config descriptions be drawn from default config module via Sphinx autodoc extension to avoid having to document config options in 2 places?
• Add mention of Jinja2 templates to http://blogofile.readthedocs.org/en/latest/templates.html#templates
• Add comment about extending blogofile to use other template libraries
• Change tutorial to use pip/easy_install
• Add HACKING.rst file to explain dev & contrib setup - Added http://docs.blogofile.com/en/latest/developers.html instead - Done
• Add CONTRIBUTORS.rst file - Done
• Add CONTRIBUTORS.rst, HACKING.rst to MANIFEST.in - Done
