ServerStart crashing on startup

Describe your issue.
After extracting the server files and launching ServerStart, the command prompt opens then immediately closes. I can't figure out the cause of the issue, and the log doesn't show much. I only have Java 8 installed. The game itself launches and plays fine, only the server fails to work.
