Wrong characters shown when different encoding than UTF-8 is specified.

Some messages specify their character encoding a meta element, for example:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> Since internally UTF-8 is used, this must be changed accodingly.
