Summary

the COPY command does not work.

The curl gives us 404:

curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/chadwickbureau/baseballdatabank/master/core/Batting.csv
404: Not Found

Expected behavior

the url should point to an existing csv file so that it can be imported

Looks like this repo is actually gone! We'll have to update the example to use a different source (probably better if we drop a copy locally here to avoid this in the future).
