Summary
Comments relating to PGD CLI:
Examples for AWS are missing. How are users to guess how it looks?
No way of showing valid values for the properties.
No interactive mode!

Existing examples.
Functions to list valid values like regions, instance types, ....

Additional notes
If I try to create a pgd cluster with instance type "m5.large" the CLI accepts that value, but then reports an error after I reply "Y" to creating the cluster.
