Feedback on biganimal release - "Using the BigAnimal CLI"

Summary

The documentation contains no information on the values needed to create a BA cluster (nor pgd).
Note that the --help information in the CLI contains some information, but none for AWS.

So, if a customer is using AWS they'll have to guess every value - of which many are specific to the cloud platform.
