repmgr node status --csv does not list detected warnings

Running it without the csv options prints helpful diagnostic messages, e.g..
WARNING: following issue(s) were detected:
- 1 of 2 downstream nodes not attached:
- postgres-X.foo.bar (ID: 102)
Running it with the csv option returns a different exit code, indicating an error but does not show the warnings in the output.
