Team,

If my slave has 20 minutes replication lag when the master was shut down. Does repmgr looks at WAL files in pg_wal to decide that there is replication lag, or it will try to connect and show replication lag that was received at the time of shutdown.

If --replication-lag doesn't hold last received value, it shows unknown. In this case, does it promote the slave.
