repmgrd raised OMM issue on OS ubuntu

Dear,

My PG is pg14,and repmgr is 5.3.2, install pg and repmgr by source code. when I start repgmrd ,the available memory will become less and less, will raise out of memory issue at last. My OS is Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS. Does anyone ever encountered this problem? Is it a bug?

There's no bug that relates to a memory leak in that version (we did find one many years ago which got fixed).
Can you give us more details on how fast the memory is consumed? Also, we would need more information like the configuration and cluster information
