The TTL on the replica does not change after the switchover until transactions come from the master or the checkpoint is executed

On test environments, I noticed that if there is no transaction flow to the bases, then after performing the switchover, the replica (old master) does not switch to the TTL of the new master (lags by 1) until transactions start from the master until the checkpoint is executed (automatically or manually) .

This is not a problem, but it can raise questions when, after a successful switchover, different TTLs for the master and replicas are observed for a long time in the output of the cluster show command.

Maybe it makes sense to build in repmgr the ability to enable functionality in it that would execute the checkpoint command on the replica after the switchover?
