More visual feedback for players ( Andrea)

Players are nagging for more visuals
Before we continue with play-testing, we should create some fancy feedback for them...
This means:
-Particles and Effects for who is in control
-Effects for what voice power was just used
-Distinguishing colors for the player who has the Voice Control!
