EZ_FLASH_NodeMCU.zip for ESP32 not working..

was trying to flash ESP32 with EZ_FLASH, but after flashing i cant see the Enviral SSID...

any ideas?

when uploading the code manually from arduino ide, it keeps crashing when trying to connect to enviral
