Description
I understand that some parts of the French focus tree are unfinished. These issues I believe are things apart from the rework.

- France should start with trains researched in 1857.
- French GFX is kinda bugged. Some of the GFX has a shine but then it disappears.
3.Flavour event lacks localisation.
