Migration to MapLibre GL

Since Mapbox decision to release version 2.0 of Mapbox GL under closed-source license, I have decided to migrate to MapLibre GL (fork of Mapbox GL).
At first sight, it seems that only the CSS needs to be updated (see EqualStreetNames/equalstreetnames-brussels@81c2dfe, for instance) (outdated)

Meanwhile I made a few more changes (included the CSS in the build process, for instance) : best is to have a look at one of Brussels' index.html file.
