Bump jackson-dataformat-yaml to same version as other jackson libs

Jackson libs should be the same version considering major and minor. We should bump the jackson-dataformat-yaml to 2.15.2 (same as jackson.core).
The new version of jackson-dataformat-yaml requires newer version of snakeyaml, so bump that as well.
