sign code certificate-store -cfp FF..51 -k DE..0D -csp "SimplySign CSP" -t http://time.certum.pl "EF Core Power Tools v2.6.414.vsix" -fl fileslist.txt

fileslist.txt - list of files inside the .vsix to be signed - if not specified, everything inside the .vsix will be signed

fileslist.txt contents:

EFCorePowerTools.dll
RevEng.Common.dll
