Viewshed script tool is not in Github repo

AirC2 doc 'Setup Viewshed GP Service' references the Viewshed python script in the gpservices\Viewshed folder. The gpservices folder is not part of this github repo.

I thought we decided that we were not going to include specific widgets within the solution and we would link out from within the documentation to suggested widgets to use within the apps. This widgets can then be maintained separately from the Air C2 COP

I would suggest we remove this page from the documentation
