Modernize Harvester User Interface

Similar to the update of Catalog 2.6.3, the user interface for the harvester can be updated. consider:
- filter on performed harvesting jobs
- better view of harvesting reports
- view schedule of recurring harvesting jobs
- see what tasks are running at the moment in the Tasks page, without need to switch to Home page
