Harvester Issue to ArcGIS Portal - The size of each typeKeyword cannot be more than 256 characters

Hello,

We have been harvesting our CSW input broker to our output broker Geoportal server catalogue successfully, bringing across the metadata ISO 19139/19119 Metadata for Web Services. (attached is an example XML metadata record)
Example metadata service record.zip. We harvest around 60 service records.

Records that are harvested are then further harvested to our ArcGIS Portal successfully, however does not bring across the metadata as its not in ArcGIS Standard.

When we create/upload the identical XML record manually in Geoportal server, this will populate an item successfully with full metadata in ISO 19139/19119. When we attempt to harvest the records to ArcGIS Portal we are getting the following error in the harvester - The size of each typeKeyword cannot be more than 256 characters

The other identical records harvested from CSW input broker successfully harvest to the ArcGIS Portal, while the manually created records generate the below error

Separate - The goal is to populate records in GeoPortal with ArcGIS metadata which will then flow through to the ArcGIS Portal with full metadata, when we do overwrite metadata successfully in Geoportal, the item does get harvested to ArcGIS Portal but with hardly any populated metadata. We are awaiting the harvester to be implemented with a translator which takes our existing metadata in ISO 19139/19119 and converts it on the fly into ArcGIS Standard.
