Support for records in ISO 19115-3?

Does the harvester support harvesting records in ISO 19115-3? We recently tried and failed to harvest some records in that format and I was curious if the format was the reason for the failure.

yes, that should work. Input brokers do not care about what flavor of XML is collected. Some output brokers do (harvest to ArcGIS Portal/Online for example). The Geoportal output broker will submit the collected XML to the standard publishing pipeline. If you know which XML fails, can you try uploading it to Geoportal Catalog manually? and if so, see if you see the same errors?
