STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:
The symbols for AEGIS in control measures, SIDCs 200600 and 200700 have limited draw rules in APP-6(D)(1). This was highlighted during implementation by the UK on ComBAT BCIP 5.6. These icons require improved guidance to allow the symbols to be implemented.
PROPOSED SOLUTION:
MIL-STD-2525 SCPs MIL10-026 and MIL10-027 provided more detailed guidance for drawing the icons.
It is proposed to update the symbols in accordance with the table below.
Delete the strikethrough text and red crossed images and add the images and text below.
