Blank screen after login - app is failing to load language file

I get the blank screen trying to login (from Portal). The Registered App is setup and added the Re-direct URI https://assistant.esri-ps.com

That's not the problem. It's trying to load a localized language file that doesn't exist, in this line of code:

https://assistant.esri-ps.com/locales/en-US/strings.json

@DBooth144 I am not sure that is the issue, as I see that strings 404 with my own session (which is working) - it tries to load en-US before failing over to en are there any other console errors, or a failed request or one returning an error in the network tab?
