Title field isn't pulling through to title tag

This was noticed by Dean.
The data we input in the Title Field in the module isn't pulling through to the <title>.
It is instead coming through as
<meta content="xxxxxxx" name="title" />
and the page title is defaulting to
<title>Homepage - xxxxxxx</title>
