The Code of Conduct Text/Markdown version has breaking hyperlinks

Description

At the bottom of your Latest Version page for the Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct, I selected the "Text/Markdown" option listed next to "Other Formats." It displays this page in which not all the hyperlinks are available.

Fix

I have added full reference links to the markdown file so they will be visible in plain text and markdown. I have also kept all lines within the 80 character limit.
