Never had this problem before but it occurred with a revit file I upgraded from 2022 to 2025.

Thanks for sharing this @kitaedesigns , any chance you can share the model or ar least tell me what type of model it is(Architectural, structural, mech, plumbing, etc) so I can try to reproduce it on our side?

Hi Valentin, I can't share the file with you since it's for a client but it's a big architectural model, about 800mb. It actually exports fine, but gets stuck at 28% in the UI. The final file is still usable however.
