After transitioning to hosted I can no longer log in.

I tried Exlibris Support and they recommended posting here.

The basic issue is that after we transitioned from our own local managed primo instance to the ex libris hosted primo I can no longer log in with the dev env.

Everything else works fine I just can't log in. What it does is after putting my password in we redirect back to the UI and it is just the spinner. The console has an error that says that valid jwt tokens have 3 parts.

My overall suspicion is that some part is being blocked at some point in the handoff but I am not sure where.

I can connect and log in when I point the PROXY_SERVER at our old primo instance.
I can connect and log in when I point the proxy at the sandbox.

If there is any ideas or help that would be much appreciated.

I'm also encountering this issue. However, I used to be able to login via SAML in Firefox (but not Chrome).
