🌟 Feature Description
Make Dagger run github workflows as part of its supported runners, hence, they'll be portable and will emulate what's the execution environment that occur in Github actions when it runs.
🚀 What's the Benefit?
It'll add GitHub as a 1st class citizen, make the existing pipelines written as GitHub actions workflows portable.
🛠️ Proposed Solution
Ingest the GH workflow schema, and create on-demand (internal) runners as part of Dagger.
