Dynamically Insert Value base on User Request

Hi please, I am relatively new to PHP and everything here, I'm trying to retrieve Amazon's API's Book Search based on the user Query. I created a form and place the variable containing the form as the setTitle Argument, but it isn't working. Can you help please.
