Main equalizer header empty: file auto-generation issue

When installed equalizer main header eq/eq.h does not include the other equalizer header but only the following content

#ifndef EQUALIZERCOMPRESSOR_H
#define EQUALIZERCOMPRESSOR_H
#include <eq/api.h>
#include <eq/version.h>
#endif
This is a regression causing RTNeuron and other software depending on equalizer to fail to compile.

This is a blocker for the viz team nix software update for now, I would need this fixed to be able to deploy on the Cineca machine for HBP
