Notification is removable

A14, I can very easily accidentally remove the notification, please make it persistent if possible
Starting with A14 it is not possible: https://developer.android.com/about/versions/14/behavior-changes-all#non-dismissable-notifications
Suggestion: make it so that if you remove the notification it will come back, seen some other apps do that, possible to implement?

If that helps, I think tachiyomiySY has this on their update library notification so maybe you can see how to do that
