New users cannot register

When following the Register link on https://annafreudhub.herokuapp.com/login, users are presented with a basic authentication dialog. New users therefore have no way to add their details to the system.

For added security we added app-wide authentication. Meant to ensure only valid Service Workers can register for an account. Product owners agreed to this feature.
