Show replay chat in report view

This would be an extremely helpful feature for the mod team, effectively could cut processing time of basic reports down from ~5min to 30 seconds, speeding up report handling significantly.
Perhaps a button to "show chat" or such for given replay number, then the chat would be loaded in the bottom portion of the screen, where the "reported players" are?
