Close client and/or game feature, do it automatically upon banning

Would be useful if you could close the game or client of a player via this client. Especially if you ban someone and the client would then close client and game automatically.

I see the use of this feature. But it cannot be implemented with the current lobby server. You can only send the kick command over the lobby tcp protocol. The moderator tool will not implement the lobby server protocol.
