Migrate to Java 11 (OpenJDK)

Given the fact that Java 8 is EOL and everything was built against Oracle JDK8, we should free ourselves and move to Java 11 from OpenJDK.

  • migrate to JavaFX 11
  • works on Java 11 (any)
  • works on OpenJDK 11
