Move NXpid to NXenvironment

- shall we have multiple NXenvironments or multiple sensors/actuators combined in one NXenvironment?
- NXpid: Should this be moved to NXenvironment to be more consistent? Then the setpoint as well?
- Add sensor environments for different parts of spectrometer, e.g. pressure sensors for differentially pumped stages in NAPP instruments
