Harmonize analysis code in Jupyter notebooks

• Bring the analysis code to the jupyter notebook
• Set up a method to get back the functions from the jupyter notebook when modified
• Set a quantity to select if the analysis was generated from the standard code from the class or the custom one from the notebook
• Based on the selection, conduct the analysis.
• (optional) save a copy of the code used for the analysis
