Use GLL points by default

When defining Lagrange elements, GLL points should be used by default for the DOF points.

Basix does nothing by default, as a variant must be passed in when creating an element. I've opened FEniCS/dolfinx#1773 as this needs to be done in DOLFINx/FFCx
