App usage tracking not accuracy

Describe the bug
The time is not tracked correctly if an app is used. For example: calendar is used for 50 seconds the app only tracks 15 seconds of the complete usage time.
Expected behavior
The complete usage time should be tracked for every app.
Smartphone:
- Device: Huawai P20 Lite
- OS: Android 8.0.0
- Version 6
