How to get this working for an Android Smartphone?

I tried running the code on my desktop, which works like a charm. Wondering how to plug this into an android smartphone to be able to detect sounds while being offline.
Is there some existing implementation for this? If no, is there some way by using TensorFlow Lite that we can get this working on an Android environment?
