获取控制台下载脚本download_console.sh后的console.tar.gz压缩包问题

按文档执行控制台下载命令后，无法解压console.tar.gz
报错如下：

原因是控制台压缩包没上传，现在已更新。 https://github.com/FISCO-BCOS/console/releases/download/v3.7.0/console.tar.gz
