Section 4.4.4.3 described in 04MessageSchema.md does not exist in documentation

In section Message Schema inside the file 04MessageSchema.md there are described all attributes of tag type in a table. In this table there is a reference to section 4.4.4.3 at column valid values of offset attribute. However this section does not exist.
I believe this is redundant and should be removed. The attribute "offset" is described in 5 places, only one of them has the reference to the non-existent chapter. I believe the description is sufficient to determine the valid values, i.e. "By default, the offset is the sum of preceding element sizes, but it may be increased to effect byte alignment."
Suggest to remove text "See section 4.4.4.3 below"
