500 internal servor error

Good evening,

I really like your plug-in but unfortunately, it doesn't work well all the time in my Moodle. Very often, I can see the related error message when I or the students want to visualise the ranking :

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@cursodefrancesonline.com.br to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Sometimes it works, and sometimes I have this message. What is it about ?

Thanks for the report,

Could you please check your logs to see where the error comes from?
Could you give more details regarding the settings?
Could you confirm what version of Moodle and PHP you are using?

I'm afraid I can't help much without the information above.
