epel-release is not found on Fedora 37

@rluzuriaga What happens if you remove epel-release from the list? I am fairly sure I added it for a good reason - one of the other packages only being available from EPEL.... It's funny the EPEL repos are hosted on the Fedora project website while Fedora is not and Enterprise Linux (EL) distro.
