[Bug]: Ancient Debris Chicken not breedable

What's your issue
Breeding Netherack and Quartz like told for the quest does not successfully result in Ancient Debris Chicken, despite spending HOURS on non-stop breeding. Can only conclude is broken.
Steps to reproduce
Have Netherack chicken, have Quartz chicken, breed using pumpkin seeds, pick up using Chicken wand, replace, breed again, repeat ad nauseum.
Any extra information?
Honestly, I have Netherite in abundance already. I’ve completed the main, magic and cow quest lines, and right now, I’d settle for a command to plug in to skip this specific quest
