[Bug]: can’t claim quest reward

What's your issue
Im playing Stoneblock 2, but im doing it on multiplayer with a friend, we summoned the ender chicken a few days ago and the quest said complete in the chat 6 times rather than the usual one, I went onto the quest book and it won’t let me complete, I have tried summoning again alone and restarting the game but nothing is working
Steps to reproduce
We summoned the chicken with both players in the end dimension, 2 summoned rather than one, and the chat said “complete quest” 6 times
