Move the benchmark to Docker

This is a must have feature, if other users would like to use the benchmark, who are

  1. not using Ubuntu,
  2. have a MySQL installation that would interfere with the benchmark,
  3. simply would not expose their machine to a random piece of software restarting databases & deleting stuff :-)
